This Policy describes how Orchestrator (“Orchestrator”, “We”, or “Us”) processes your (referred to as the "Customer", “Client”, “Users”, “You”, or “Your”) personal data when you use Orchestrator’s website, application, or services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”).

It is important to note that Orchestrator authorizes third-party service providers to assist us in delivering our services to our customers (hereinafter, referred to as the “Partner”, “Third-party”, or “Third-Party”).

Orchestrator is a platform and web-based application for virtual training management. By reading and agreeing to this document, you are agreeing to the data practices outlined in this Policy and the gathering of your personal data if you use Orchestrator. Orchestrator may gather personal identifiable information, including but not limited to your first and last name, email address, phone number, job title, and organization name and size, in order to optimally provide you with all the services offered on our website.

In addition to the data generated during the tenure of the relationship between the customer and Orchestrator, we shall process the personal data that users voluntarily provide us with when they contact us, register on our platform, visit our website, or use our services.

Furthermore, in cases where you demonstrate interest in Orchestrator's products or services or when you make your contact and professional information publicly accessible on websites, we may obtain this information through our partners.

The technical team at the Orchestrator System has access to your content activities. However, the technical team, unless authorized to proceed, shall not penetrate such spaces in accordance with this Policy, terms and conditions, and any signed confidentiality agreements, involving Orchestrator. Minors Under the Age of Eighteen

Orchestrator provides its services to potential customers who are eighteen years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from minors under the age of eighteen. If a Minor applies to become a Client, then either the minor’s parent or guardian is required to be a party to this agreement. Any reference to the client in this agreement is a reference to the parent or guardian of the minor. If you do not agree to this clause, stop using the services and contact the Orchestrator team immediately to delete your data.

Email Communications

Orchestrator prioritizes digital communication tools over more traditional systems, which is why Orchestrator should be expected to attempt contacting you periodically via email for different communication objectives, including announcements, critical notifications, surveying and questionnaires, confirmation emails, promotional offers, or general information updates. We believe that our emailing approach helps you stay up-to-date on our services and offerings. In order to improve the delivered quality of our services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Orchestrator or click on a link therein, which helps us customize our communication based on your expectations. You have the option to opt-out of receiving promotional or marketing emails from Orchestrator. However, customers will continue to receive service-related emails, including digest emails that are an integral part of the service. All promotional emails will include an unsubscribe link that will stop you from receiving them, but you will not be able to stop receiving service-related communications.

Orchestrator reserves the right to modify this Privacy Statement at any time, and such changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Retention Periods

Orchestrator will maintain your personal information for the duration of your connection with our services. Upon termination of such engagement, for any reason, Orchestrator will continue to retain your personal data for the duration of all statutory limitation periods applicable to the processing and to demonstrate compliance with our legal and contractual duties. Once the specified periods have elapsed, your personal data will be removed or anonymized.
